Sole Station does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item that the customer purchased is defective or different from the product they ordered. If the product is defective, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Customers must contact Sole Station within this period through the following address: email@example.com . The customer must indicate their order number, product name and defect, location of customer and date the product was received if request for return is made via the email.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we shall replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment, minus any shipping charges. Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for this to be applied to your account.
